A one time charge of $399 includes the following:

  • Local MLS listing, until sold, with unlimited photos and changes.

  • Realtor.com listing and additional Internet advertising of your listing.

  • Professional yard sign delivered and installed where available.

  • 24 hour audio tour- 1-800 number and sign rider which allows
    buyers to hear a free audio tour of your home.

  • All required State and Local forms to sell your home.

  • Presentation of offers and explanation of offers, counteroffers, and
    contingencies.

  • Freedom, you retain the right to sell "By Owner" and pay no
    commissions if the buyer has no agent.  If you accept an offer from
    an agent, you pay only the "Buyer's Agents" commission which you
    determine and offer in your MLS listing (usually 2.7%).
